6. Relationships. Relationships by position


Additional education teacher:
6.1. works in the mode of fulfilling the volume of the academic load assigned to him in accordance with the class schedule, participating in mandatory planned school-wide events;


6.2. independently plans his work for each academic year. The work plan is approved by the deputy director of the school for educational work no later than five days from the beginning of the planned period;


6.3. submits a written report on his activities to the deputy director of the school for educational work within 5 days after the end of the school year;


6.4. receives from the school director and his deputies information of a regulatory, organizational and methodological nature, gets acquainted with the relevant documents against signature;


6.5. works closely with teachers, parents of students (legal representatives) and systematically exchanges information on issues within his competence with the administration and teaching staff of the school.

1. General provisions of the job description

1.1 This job description for a teacher of additional education at school was developed taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for primary and basic general education, approved respectively by Orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 373 of 10/06/2009 and No. 1897 of 12/17/2010 (as amended on 12/31/2015); on the basis of Federal Law No. 273 of December 29, 2012 “On Education in the Russian Federation” as amended on July 5, 2017; on the basis of the Unified Qualification Directory of Positions of Managers, Specialists and Employees (section “Qualification Characteristics of Positions of Education Workers”), approved by Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development No. 761n dated August 26, 2010. as amended on May 31, 2011; in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and other regulations governing labor relations between employee and employer.

1.2. A school additional education teacher may be appointed and dismissed by the director of a general education institution.

1.3. A school's additional education teacher must have a higher or secondary vocational education in a field that corresponds to the profile of the circle, section, studio, without presenting requirements for teaching experience, or a higher vocational education or secondary vocational education and additional vocational education that relates to the direction " Education and Pedagogy” without presenting requirements for work experience.

1.4. A teacher of additional education in a general education institution must report directly to the deputy director of the school for educational work.

In his professional activity a teacher of additional education is guided by the Constitution and laws of the Russian Federation, the fundamentals of pedagogy; psychology, physiology and hygiene, general theoretical disciplines to the extent necessary to solve pedagogical, scientific and methodological problems; rules and regulations of labor protection, safety and fire protection, as well as the Charter and local legal acts of the educational institution, and the employment contract.

1.6. The additional education teacher must strictly comply with the provisions of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

1.7. A school additional education teacher should know:

Basic laws and other legal acts that regulate educational activities.

Main directions and development prospects modern education and pedagogical science;

4. Rights

An additional education teacher has the right:

4.1. To participate in the management of an educational institution in the manner determined by the school’s Charter.

4.2. To protect the professional honor and dignity of the teacher.

4.3. To select, develop and apply appropriate educational programs, including proprietary ones.

4.4. To freely choose and use teaching and educational methods, teaching aids and materials, textbooks, as well as methods for assessing the knowledge of students in an educational institution.

4.5. To disseminate the accumulated pedagogical experience, which has received scientific justification.

4.6. Submission of proposals for the consideration of the school administration on the material and technical equipment of the activities of the circle, section or studio led by him (room, inventory, equipment, equipment, consumables, etc.).

5. Responsibility

5.1. The additional education teacher of an educational institution is responsible, in accordance with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation, for the quality of implementation of educational programs, the life and health of school students during classes, and violation of their rights and freedoms.

5.2. For failure to fulfill, or improper fulfillment without good reason, the Charter, his job description as a teacher of additional education at a school, the internal labor regulations of an educational institution, legal orders of the school director and other local regulations, the teacher of additional education bears disciplinary liability in the manner prescribed by the labor legislation of the country .

5.3. For the use, including one-time use, of educational methods that are associated with physical and (or) mental violence against the personality of a school student, as well as the commission of another immoral offense, a teacher of additional education is dismissed from his position in accordance with labor legislation and the Law of the Russian Federation “On education". Dismissal for such an offense is not a disciplinary measure.

5.4. For violation of fire safety rules, labor protection, sanitary and hygienic rules for organizing the educational process, a teacher of additional education at a school may be held administratively liable in the manner and in cases provided for by administrative legislation.

5.5. A teacher of additional education at school is responsible for the irrational and ineffective use of material, financial and other resources.

5.6.
