Beat butter softened at room temperature with sugar.

Add egg, beat.

Add flour, oatmeal, raisins (if the raisins are dry, you can soak them in warm water for 10-15 minutes), baking powder - mix everything. Cover with film and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.

Sprinkle a baking tray with water and line it with parchment paper. Pinch off a piece of dough and roll into a ball slightly larger than walnut, shape into a flat cake (you can moisten your hands with water so that the dough does not stick). Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees (the main thing is not to dry it out).
